WAIVER: I, do knowingly and without duress, voluntarily submit my registration to Chunjido University. I hereby assume all risk of physical and mental injuries, losses, or disabilities, which may result from or in connection with my participation in any and all Chunjido University courses. I also understand that participation in the Chunjido University courses entails a great risk of injury, and I assume full responsibility for all my actions, intentional or otherwise, during and in connection with my participation in the Chunjido University courses. I do hereby release, now and in future, Chunjido University, any organizations associated with Chunjido University, its officers, agents, representatives, employees, volunteers, and all other related members from all claims, actions, suits, and controversies at law or in equity by reason of any matter, cause, or thing whatsoever that I may sustain as a result of or in connection with my participation in the Chunjido University courses by myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assignees. I hereby assume any and all responsibility for any injuries to myself or others due to my misuse either intentially or unintentially of any techniques or training material contained in the Chunjido University courses. I also understand that all fees paid to Chunjido University are non-refundable and I have read and fully understand the above waiver.

By agreeing to this waiver I am confirming that I am at least eighteen (18) years old, I am in good physical condition, assume all responsibilities and liabilities as indicated above, and consider this waiver a legal and binding agreement.
